What is energy healing, and how do you work?
My healing sessions are a sacred blend of Reiki, Pellowah, and intuitive energy work — woven together to support your emotional, energetic, and spiritual alignment. Each session is unique, guided by your energy and intention. We may work on clearing stagnant energy, repairing the aura, activating dormant codes, or grounding you back into your body.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are held online. You’ll simply lie down in a quiet, comfortable space and receive. I’ll guide the session with gentle cues and energy transmissions, sometimes using visualisation, sound, or channelled insight. You may feel tingling, warmth, deep peace, or emotional shifts or simply rest. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it.
What might I feel after a session?
Many people report feeling lighter, clearer, more present, or inspired. Others notice emotional release, vivid dreams, or new perspectives in the days that follow. Healing can continue to unfold gently over time. I’ll send integration tips post-session to help you anchor your refreshed energy into daily life, whether it’s grounding rituals, flower essence support, or simply more awareness.

What are flower essences, and how do they work?
Flower essences are vibrational remedies created from the energetic imprint of plants. They don’t contain physical plant matter; instead, they work on the subtle energy body to support emotional healing, spiritual growth, and energetic alignment. Think of them as gentle alchemy for the soul.
How can flower essences help me?
Flower essences are a gentle form of vibrational support that work on an energetic level to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
They’re commonly used to:

Why do flower essences contain alcohol?
Alcohol (usually brandy) is used as a natural preservative to stabilise the vibration of the essence. If you’d prefer an alcohol-free version, I’m happy to create one on request.
Can I use flower essences with other therapies or medications?
Yes — flower essences are completely safe, gentle, and non-invasive. They won’t interfere with medications or other treatments, and they work beautifully alongside counselling, bodywork, energy healing, or your own intuitive practices.
How should I use my flower essences?
If you’re new to flower essences, I recommend starting with one bottle at a time, allowing a 2-week break between each new essence. This gentle pacing gives your body and energy field space to fully integrate the subtle shifts without overwhelm.
Take 7 drops morning and night, either directly under the tongue or in a glass of water. For ease and consistency, keep your bottle on your bedside table so you can take it upon waking and again before sleep.
Once you’ve become familiar with how the essence feels in your system, you may feel called to take additional drops throughout the day for extra support. Think of it as a vibrational reset—not something to overuse, but to work with consciously and intentionally. Less is often more when it comes to energy medicine. Trust your intuition, they’ll meet you exactly where you’re at.
You can also incorporate them into your rituals by adding a few drops to your bath, using them in a spray bottle/mop bucket for energy clearing, or anointing your body or sacred tools during practice. Let them weave their magic through your daily rhythms.

Do I need to sign into an account to order?
Not at all! Customer accounts were recently enabled on our site due to a website update. Creating an account is totally optional. It simply allows for faster checkout and gives you access to past orders and saved shipping/payment details.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate tracked shipping within Australia for $12. Your order is lovingly packaged with care and intention to ensure it arrives safely into your hands.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $88 receive free shipping Australia-wide. A little energetic nudge from the Universe — aligned with the angel number of abundance.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2–4 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–8 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
