  • Each bottle lasts several years when stored in a cool, dark place, thanks to the natural preservative.

  • Flower essences are completely safe for use in pregnant, birthing, and nursing women, as well as newborns, infants, children, pets, and even plants. There are no known contraindications. Because our essences use brandy as a preservative, those who are sensitive to alcohol may wish to consult before use.

  • Due to the nature of the product as oral drops, returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons. I’m happy to offer sales support and advice to help you choose confidently.

  • Typically, 7 drops under the tongue, morning and night, or as needed.

    For consistent flow, you can also add the essences to your favourite beverage or water bottle throughout the day.

    It’s best to use the essences consistently for at least two weeks to start noticing their effects.
